How Evidentity Dentistry handles information
Evidentity Dentistry is operated by Evidentity LLC, a Wyoming, USA company providing AI Recommendation Infrastructure for premium dental clinics and other high-value decision environments.
Evidentity Dentistry operates at the level of clinic identity, clinician information, treatment architecture, commercial pathways, public evidence and AI-mediated recommendation behaviour. The standard service is designed to operate without individual patient records.
Depending on the service relationship, Evidentity may process business contact information, clinic and group identity information, clinician names and professional information, clinic locations, treatment and service information, technology and capability information, commercial policies, pricing structures, financing and warranty information, public evidence, international patient pathways, aftercare information, onboarding materials, service communications, account information and operational data generated through Evidentity monitoring and managed-service workflows.
We may also collect technical website information such as device, browser, IP, session and usage data where required for normal website operation, analytics, performance, fraud prevention or security.
Standard Evidentity Dentistry services are designed around clinic-level information rather than patient-level health information. Evidentity does not require patient medical histories, radiographs, CBCT files, diagnostic records, treatment plans or other individually identifiable clinical records in order to create a Canonical AI Clinic Profile or operate the AI Demand Map.
Customers should not upload identifiable patient health information into ordinary Evidentity Dentistry forms, onboarding channels or service workflows unless Evidentity has expressly requested that information under a separate documented arrangement appropriate to the specific engagement.
Case examples, photographs, treatment evidence or similar materials supplied for public or evidentiary purposes should be provided only where the clinic has the rights and permissions necessary to use them for the agreed purpose.
Evidentity uses information to establish and maintain the clinic's governed identity; build and update Canonical AI Clinic Profiles and AI Sites; structure Clinical Intelligence; configure recommendation scenarios and AI Demand Maps; monitor recommendation behaviour; diagnose competitor substitution, interpretation errors and addressable Demand Leakage; operate managed interventions and controlled re-tests; support multi-location and international-patient architecture; provide support, billing and account administration; maintain service integrity and security; and meet legal, contractual and accounting obligations.
Information supplied by a clinic may also be used to maintain claim status, provenance, publication state and freshness across the relevant first-party public surfaces.
Certain clinic information is supplied specifically for controlled first-party publication through AI Sites, structured data, machine-readable endpoints or related public surfaces. Evidentity distinguishes public information from internal governance information through publication state.
Information classified as Internal or Withheld is not intended for public projection. Information classified as Public or Public with qualification may be published according to the approved clinic representation and applicable service scope.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Evidentity may process personal information for contract performance and pre-contractual activity, legitimate business interests including service operation, security and improvement, consent where a specific choice is required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Evidentity may use selected infrastructure, hosting, database, communications, analytics, payment and operational providers to deliver its services. These providers process information only within the functions for which they are used and subject to the contractual and operational controls applicable to that provider relationship.
Current infrastructure may include services such as Cloudflare and Supabase, together with communications, payment and operational tooling used in the normal delivery of Evidentity services.
The Dentistry website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, performance measurement and analytics. Where applicable law requires user choice or notice, relevant site-level controls may be presented.
Evidentity retains information for the period reasonably required to provide the service, maintain the governed clinic record, preserve legitimate operational and transaction history, address disputes or security matters and satisfy legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Canonical clinic information and operational history may be retained during an active relationship and for a reasonable period after termination where needed to support service records, contractual obligations, integrity of previous outputs or legitimate business requirements.
Evidentity is a U.S. company and its infrastructure and service providers may process information across jurisdictions. Where applicable, Evidentity uses contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the relevant processing relationship and governing law.
Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to the contact address below.
